The information should help determine which staff member can best assist
you.
 Jamie: Our receptionist,
will not only greet you with a smile when you arrive for your appointment,
she is also available to assist you with directions to our office, your
initial paperwork or updates to your account information, and with
transfering your dental records.
 Randee: Our off-site appointment secretary, who
now lives in Texas and still works for our office, would be happy to help you with information about our services or with your appointments.
If you need to schedule, change, or confirm an appointment, she can assist
you.
Stacey or
Marissa: Our in-office appointment secretaries and financial consultants, can assist you with your appointment needs, answer questions about diagnosed services or services of interest to you, and help you with financial information or arrangements on your current balance or new services.
Stacey is also handling insurance needs for our patients, so please contact
her with any questions about your insurance or claims.
Liz: Our collections secretary handles questions about balances owed by patients, but only those who are having difficulty handling their balance. If your balance is not past due, then you should contact
Shelly or Trisha about your current balance.
  Julie or Prabhdeep: If you have questions about your dental home care or need some advice in this regard, feel free to contact one of our hygienists, they are happy to assist you in doing a better job keeping your teeth and gums healthy.
  Dr. Bob or Dr. Jeff: Have a question only a dentist can answer?
Or, looking for more information about your dental needs, straight from the doctor?
Then, please feel free to contact them directly and they will answer your
questions about dental concerns and/or the services you need or are interested in.
 Alana: One
of our dental assistants, who is available if you have a treatment related
question about recent services or an upcoming appointment. She can also help you out with instructions for after-care
or with concerns you are having mid-treatment.
Bennette: Our office manager would love to hear from you about your services, our staff, our office, etc., or anything you would like to know or communicate, you can contact her. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years and can help you with virtually any questions you may have.
